There were a number of registered participants for last night's meeting that could not access the meeting. Following is the notification they received; what would cause this?

Did the participants who received this error try a different browser or device? Please ask all users affected to clear cache and cookies and try again. That usually does the trick! This may have also occurred if they were not initially invited and the meeting was secured.
