Has anyone had luck scheduling a recurring daily meeting that excludes the weekends?  Please share how you did it!

Many thanks!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @GVanNess.

First of all, sounds like an excellent topic for a Feature Request: "To be able to select which days of the week are scheduled when Recurrence is set to Daily."

Submit a Feature Request here: https://www.zoom.us/feed

There is a bit of a work-around: Set the Recurrence to No fixed time in Zoom, and send out calendar invitations with the correct Join link and only for the days needed.

There's no harm in setting up the meetings daily -- every day -- and then just don't meet on the other days.  Except the host might get notices that "it's time for the meeting to start".

You use a different calendar app like Google Calendar, iCal, or Outlook, that actually supports recurring meetings on specific days of the week, and add your Zoom meeting to an invitation there.  Quicker than waiting for Zoom to add it.

As is zoom app doesn't have option to skip the weekends. Zoom plugin for outlook has got a functionality to select the days and skip those days.

If you are using Zoom Workplace, you can switch Recurrence from "Daily" to "Weekly" Recurrence and then a new section appears that was not there before called "Occurs on".  In there are seven radio buttons for S, M, T, W, T, R, S and you can just select the weekdays.
