Recover deleted recording

I recorded zoom meeting and clicked 'double click to convert' but it wasn't recorded so I assumed it's because I recorded another video in the same call to test if the recording was working.

So I only intended to delete the first video but on zoom, I deleted recorded meeting(not the folder from my computer). 

And the folder disappeared and it wasn't in the trash can either.. 

Is there any way that I can restore this file and convert the video? Please let me know if I can try anything 😭

Unfortunately no, this action cannot be undone and the video is permanently deleted from the computer once you hit the delete button. 

You will also received a pop up message mentioning the same while deleting:
