Can someone share with me how to record in gallery view? I changed and saved the settings to do just that, but it never works.

You can record to the Cloud or Locally using Gallery view. Gallery view lets you see thumbnail displays of participants, in a grid pattern. When you click Record, regardless of local or cloud, make sure you are in Gallery View. Click View at the top right, and click Gallery. I'm on a Windows 11 computer. I also added a screenshot.

Nope, those are the settings I have and I still am not getting gallery view recordings.

I'm in the same boat Momentumcorp. I did find this YouTube guide and it worked for me a few days ago but not yesterday when I REALLY needed it: https://youtu.be/Np8-LUMPViA?si=vFOTJlXoJfnArGXk
Having said that, I think I made the mistake of not recording to the cloud yesterday – so I will experiment with that when I next have a meeting.
