Recording- not present

I recorded a full meeting. Made sure all participants were aware the meeting is being recorded, and notified them when the recording ended at the end of the meeting (we all heard the 'the recording has ended' massage). 

The recording file, however, shows only 25 min of the meeting. 

(Also- I'm experienced Zoom user, recording my work meetings for the last 3 years- this is the first time it happened)

Hey, @ShelHa, take a look at this post and see if this process helps. At the moment, it’s the only thing I can think of – that perhaps the conversion process failed.
