Recording missing

Hello 😊
I would appreciate some help here for a lost recording. 


On the 19th Oct, we had a meeting with my colleagues and while my colleague was a host, he changes host rights to me. We still saw the recording button on. After the zoom call, we weren't able to find the recording on both our settings >local recordings and documents, we looked at files within our system tray as well as looked online and within the app. Is there a possibility of finding it and retrieving it? or maybe somewhere in my settings went completely wrong? Would appreciate any help.

Thank you for coming back to me @Bri 😊 I'm afraid, I can't see any recording within the two options for Cloud or Local recordings. I've also followed the troubleshooting guide where you can go into Finder > Applications > Zoom.us > Frameworks and Transcode. I can't seem to find anything there too.  

What else can I try to see if I can retrieve it?
