Recording from Zoom trial

I had a zoom workplace trial and recorded a meeting.  Now that the trial is done, I don't see the recording in my account.  Is it retrievable if I sign back up for pro again?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @jdain.

Probably not. If a licensed account is deleted by an admin, recordings are deleted in 24 hours. I’m guessing the same rule applies to moving from Pro to Basic – since there’s no licensed user to own the files, they probably gone. Even if that wasn’t the case, if it was more than 30 days ago, your files would likely be deleted under the default time deletion rules.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.
