Recording file does not exist

Hi, 

attended a training last Oct.  The host sent me a few recordings. 

 

When I was trying to retrieve them today.  It said that the recording does not exist.  Just wondering how I can recover it.  Is there any back up avaialble?

I sent a request to the ZOOM support group.  Haven't received any reply, but the status of the request has been changed to "Resolved".

Unfortunately, you would need to contact the host of that training session to see if they still have that recording available. Zoom would not be able to provide you access to a recording that is not on your account. 

If the page says the recording does not exist, it has likely been deleted by the host, but perhaps they have an newer recording of a different, more recent training.

Im just wondering if the recording is still available in the Zoom server.

If it does, I can talk with the trainer to get access.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide that info to anyone besides the host of the meeting/recording.

I am a Zoom admin for my company. A user recorded a meeting, she is owner, but when looking in her Recordings section on her profile, she gets error: "This recording does not exist. (3,301)"
