We recorded a Zoom meeting yesterday and the recording doesn't show in our cloud or local recordings. After looking around our account for a solution, the meetings tab still shows the "start" button, as if the meeting never occurred. We had the meeting and we know that it was being recorded.
Has anyone experienced this of know how we might locate our recording? Thanks!

Same problem here too. We recorded our meeting to the cloud and I saw that it was downloading to the computer on which we held the meeting. I saw it get to 99% so I assumed it was going to complete. I was disappointed when I searched for the meeting within my downloads and (using meeting number 851 6105 3483) under "Recordings and Transcripts" within the Zoom website only to not be able to locate it. This was a very important meeting, so I'm hoping someone from Zoom technical support can help us retrieve it.

I had what seems to be the same problem. I set up a meeting to record to the cloud. After the meeting I went back to the record of the meeting in my account and there were about 10 recordings of different short sections of the meeting, none of which were useful. I needed a recording of the whole meeting in one piece. What could have happened?

We have had the same issue this morning, I am unable to retrieve the recording, we had a meeting at 11:30 which was successfully recorded however the meeting right after that at 12:00 is no where to be found. Zoom needs to be accountable for this loss , it was a product demo that we paid good money for and now the entire demo is lost. This is unacceptable!!!
