Recording Conversion

When I try to convert a recording, I get an alert that another is in progress. I got the same alert for the other recording which I deleted.  I still get the same alert about another conversion in progress. thoughts?

@gmhook , I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having.  It sounds like the video converter is "stuck".  Have you signed out of Zoom and restarted your machine?  This would restart the converter as well.  If that does not work, can you tell me what sort of machine you are running on?  Thanks.
