Hey friends,
After nearly four years in regular meetings using my Zoom Pro account, suddenly my co-host has lost her ability to record. The button is simply not there, nor is it an option under the "More" tab. My co-host can record meetings with other hosts but the ability disappears in my meetings.
Nothing had changed in my recording settings but I went back to make sure all the recording permissions were correct but with no success. Still no recording ability for my co-host. Can anyone please help?

Please make sure that the user is added as a co-host to your meeting. If not, you can make them a co-host while they are in your meeting: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066640
I would also verify that your cloud recording settings on the web are enabled properly, and you can find out more information on these here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062627
