Problems when I have a meeting

Tonight I had a meeting for customers, and for some reason people could not enter.
I had some days before scheduled a meeting, and shared the meeting ID and password in a mail.
Today I went in again and copied that link (I thought), and shared it on Facebook.
What I found later was that somehow the meeting id and password was different, so the people with the mail could not enter, but they could enter from FB.
Why did this happen, and where do I do it wrong?

Thank you in advance.
Kamille

The meeting ID and password do not change once you have set up a meeting. Are you absolutely sure that you didn't email the wrong credentials. Check the email again and see if you have another meeting with those credentials..........

No, the weird part was that it was the only meeting I had scheduled. On the night for the meeting, I clicked the start button.

I don’t know what I could have done  wrong.

I would go into my "previous meetings" tab in the zoom portal and check if the credentials for logging in are exactly the same as the ones you have in the fb post.
