Recently having problems seeing the host and other participants on my iPhone and ipad

is there a problem with latest OS upgrades 

this has never happened before

updated zoom app

checked all settings

Hi @MUP ! Welcome to the Zoom Communtiy! I know it has been a bit since you initially posted but I wanted to make sure you still receive assistance. Here is what I would recommend: 

1. Delete Zoom App

2. Restart your mobile device 

3. Install Zoom App
