@AndrésThis error is linked to a network or installation package issue. Please fully uninstall the Zoom app and reinstall from here: zoom.us/download.

i can help it's easy go to your error what does it say tell me if there is any link the like the bottom top side you press the link u just copy exactly what ur supposed to do

yeah it does say error 10000404 which is if you search it on google you wont find any clue 

actually I don't have error 10000404
