Participant video not full size

I recently upgraded my laptop and Zoom (V 6.3.11).  I use zoom for 1 on 1 meetings.  On my old laptop, the participant video would fill the entire contents of the window.  My video is filling it up fine, but the participant window is not.  I tried full screen, and all the video settings i could but nothing is working.  The participant never had to set anything before.  If anyone knows how to get past this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Display depends on the resolution and aspect ratio of both the participant and the host device. In addition, the participants shared screen can be resized by each viewing participant depending on their screen display resolution and aspect ratio. iPads have different aspect ratio than PC screen. iPhones have different aspect ratio and resolution than an iPad. The viewer can select "fit to window", 100%, 200%, 300% from the viewing tab's menu to compensate for the differences. But keep in mind that an iPad "fit to window" on a 2k PC screen will not fill the screen.
