We had a Cloud recording this afternoon for a meeting in which the recording stopped unexpectedly midway and then we restarted the recording. After the meeting, we noticed that only the last 24 minutes of the meeting is available. Approximately the first 35-40 minutes cannot be found within the Zoom Portal or on the hosts local computer.
Is there any way to obtain the missing portion of the meeting?

@mgutknecht - If the recording is not in the cloud or on a local machine, there would be no other copy available. If you open a support request, though (the question mark in the circle in the upper right of the Zoom client), you can ask them to verify where the initial part of the meeting should have been recorded, and that might help you find it if it was on a local computer.
