During my zoom meeting everyone else is frozen except ford me. Do I need to change a setting in zoom?

Hey @Tootsie, were you ever prompt a 'Your connection is unstable' message, if so, you may be experiencing some network issues. You can check out our troubleshooting steps when using WiFi KB article.
Also ensure you're up-to-date, according to @SSH post 'Video freezing since recent update' an update to the latest version of Zoom may help, or if you're sharing content it looks like Uncheck Receiving Video in the section (Use hardware acceleration for) helped as well. You can look around the community to see if there have been any other similar issues that have been resolved!
