PROBLEMS WITH PARTICIPANTS IN ZOOM

We paid for a premium account for our courses, and yestarday we had a problem, when our meeting started, we just could accept 50 participants and when we try to accept more people, the sistem ZOOM kicked out of the group to the participants, please could you help me.

Sorry to hear you had issues with your meeting! 

I think this warrants a bit of investigation as we do not limit meetings to 50 participants for paid meetings. 

 

First, I would check to ensure the paid host was signed in and the schedule of the meeting.

 

If this user was not the host, than perhaps the meeting didn't use the paid license. 

 

Make sure you are signed in with the paid account on both zoom.us and on the Zoom meeting client.

 

If that doesn't resolve it, I'd recommend opening a support ticket at  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us
