No 'view' tab

I do not have the 'view' tab on my screen during meetings, I am unable to choose gallery or speaker because the 'view' button is not there. Can anyone help?

You don’t mention what device you’re using, so it’s difficult to give you specific guidance. But take a look at this Zoom Support article – towards the bottom there are different sections for each type of device:
