No sound when my microphone is off

Since the last update, when my microphone is off in a meeting, i can’t hear anything. But when it’s on, everything works. I did try to uninstall the app but it didn’t solve my problem.

Try to check your speaker setting when you microphone is off in a meeting. Or, test your computer or device audio.
