I take it that you aren't hearing anyone else.  Click the carat next to the word 'Mute' and select Audio Settings. At the top of the pop-up window that just arrived, press Test Speaker and choose the device you want to use from the small window to the right. Slide the Output volume to the level that's comfortable for you. Let us know.
