No audio connecting to computer for meetings

Hi,

I have a Windows 10 pc and when I sign in to a meeting the audio fails to connect making it very frustrating.The mic & speakers work fine for You Tube.What can I do?

Are you using the Zoom software application, or are you connecting to Zoom using a web browser?
