My virtual background and filters say that I have none. I did have them, but they've disappeared!

My backgrounds and filters have disappeared.  How can I reload them?

Also, aren't there default backgrounds and filters on Zoom?

Did you do any account changes? Once my backgrounds and filters disappeared too. But it was recovered when I signed out.

I have this same issue, Connie. Has anyone provided you with a solution? I used to have filters and have upgraded my Zoom app, but there are no filters to choose from. Strange? If you've solved for this, I would welcome some assistance. Thanks!
