My screen is constantly broken and my participant can't hear my voice.

What can I do to solve these problems?

Make sure your microphone is properly connected. 

Make sure the microphone or headset isn't muted.

Check the microphone's volume on your computer. 

Check the app or software you're using.

Make sure your computer is using the right microphone. 

If nothing else has worked, reboot your computer.
