Good afternoon

I need to set up multiple Zoom meetings for 3 different users at any one time. I have added 3 new users to our Zoom Pro account yesterday. I have the following questions:

1. How do these users log in, do they use the same login as the licensed account?

2. Can the Owner of the license create the zoom meeting's for all users? Is there any way that these are easily differentiated in Zoom?

Thanks very much

Question 1:  Each user needs to log into their own account. Sharing passwords is against the Zoom Terms. But if you created 3 accounts, purchased 3 licenses, and added those licenses to the users, they should be fine.

Question 2: If these users need to be able to schedule meetings for each other, there is something called Scheduling Privilege you should look into:

I use this. It takes a little getting used to, but once your users understand it, they’ll love it.

Let me know if you need any additional guidance.
