is it possible to join 2 pro licences and have 200 participants?

No, licenses cannot be combined or stacked. To achieve 200 participants or more in a meeting, you would need to either upgrade to a Business account (which raises the meeting capacity to 300 participants for all users) or purchase a Large Meeting add-on.
