Missing Recording from meeting

I was invited to a meeting and we wanted to record the meeting. The host couldn't find the record button so she transferred host access to me. I recorded the meeting and ended the recording. But I can't access it.

 

I have the free plan so it's not in "Cloud Recording"

And I was using the web version and I can't find the file locally on my computer.

 

The other person in the meeting also doesn't have a copy of the recording.

Does it matter that I was a guest to the meeting initially?

 

I didn't see a prompt whether it was recording locally or on the cloud, but the meeting was definitely recorded
