Mac Core Audio output to Zoom

Hello—using a 2018 Mac Mini with a Universal Audio Apollo x8 audio interface.

Zoom used to accept "Mac Core Audio outputs 1-2" as inputs.

Now it seems to accept any input from my 32 input audio interface. Is there a way to change this so it only accepts core audio 1 and 2?

Have a feeling this has something to do with Zoom Audio Device?

Looking for more info on how Zoom and Core Audio relate to one another.
