Hello there,
I've recorded a 40 minute meeting locally. When I enter the recordings section it doesn't appear. I don't know if the recording has been lost or is being converted.
I need help ... do you know if the 40 minute local recordings appear immediately or if they take a long time? I don't know if this is normal.

Local recordings are stored in the device, and not in the zoom web portal. Is your device fully up to date?

Yes it is. Zoom and my computer are up to date (IOS 11.6)
The problem I have is that I previously did a 16 second test to see if the meetings were recording well. Everything was going well.
But the important meeting (the 40 minute one) has not been saved.
If I go to the section "recordings" of zoom app that meeting doesn't appear and it's not in the folder where supposedly it has to be saved.
