Lost recording

Dear all,
Monday April 10 we had a lovely meeting.
We recorded in the cloud, but the recording never reached our cloud. I checked if we made the recording local by mistake, but that wasn't the case either.
Does someone know what could have happened and how we could receive our recording?

Hello,

Cloud recordings will only show up in the cloud account of the Host who scheduled the meeting. Not the co host(s)  or alt host(s).

Please confirm who scheduled that meeting and ask them to look in their cloud recordings.

Hi Frank, thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately it's something else, but we don't know what it is.
The recording isn't visible in the account of the host who scheduled the meeting. ( this account )

Hello,

 

Free accounts cannot record to the cloud. Not sure if that is a factor here. Are you certain it was a cloud recording and not a local recording?

 I suggest you submit a ticket with Zoom support (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new)  

 

Make sure you tell them the meeting ID.
