Lost meetings

For some reason my password was not recognized so I had to update it. When I logged in, ALL my meetings had vanished! Is it possible to recover hem and if so, how?

I'm so sorry that happened to you!  

 

It sounds like you may have logged into a different account. 

  • Do you have more than 1 Zoom account?
  • Is it possible that you have used more than 1 email address for signing into Zoom?

I recommend exploring any possible emails that you may have signed in with.  This is the most likely explanation.  If you are sure that you are using the same email address that you used the create the meeting, you may want to reach out to Zoom support.

I'm having this exact same issue. I've checked multiple times and I'm in the right account.  And Zoom support is completely virtual, no humans involved. Help!!
