Licensed Owner - No Picture when I host a Zoom

Hello, after the recent update, my picture no longer shows.  I am logged in.  My picture shows when I log in.  I even updated a picture.  But when I start a meeting, no picture.  What I am doing wrong?

What device are you using? So far, I’ve only heard of this issue on iPads that upgraded to iPadOS 15 recently. 

See my response to this earlier similar post. You might want to make a Support request, as mentioned there.
