LTI Blackboard issue. Some users cannot see meetings and recordings?

One of our professors created many recurring meetings and records them.... some students can see the meetings and recordings and some cannot! The professor himself reports that in Safari he can see them, but not in Chrome!!

 

What could be causing this?
