Issues with Zoom in Live Learning Environments

We are experiencing issues at our virtual school when attempting to run live meetings through the Zoom app.  Is this due to the most recent update that needs to run?  The image shows pixelated.  In some cases, sound does not work.

Hi @RobynParks this is a known issue and seems to be fixed in the latest version of Zoom. Suggest looking into Upgrading Zoom to the latest version
