Issue with Zoom Meetings Disconnecting on Windows 11

Recently, my user installed Zoom Workspace Version 6.4.10 (64378) on his new notebook, which is running Windows 11. He found that when joining a meeting, Zoom meeting often disconnects automatically after a few minutes. However, he can rejoin the meeting without issues, and everything remains normal until to end of the session. Do you have any ideas about what might be causing this and how to resolve it? Thank you.

Could you please try the following initial troubleshooting steps:

• Completely uninstall Zoom
• Restart your device
• Reinstall Zoom
