On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Is there a way to customize message if the meeting has not started and some clicks on meeting link?

Is there a way to customize message if the meeting has not started and some clicks on meeting link? It could be a recurring meeting and it will be helpful to know the scheduled date and time.

I have seen this window display the meeting name and scheduled time and date, seemingly by default. But now that you mention it, I see it does not always show the data and time. I wonder what setting makes that difference. I'll dig around for you.

 

I don't think it would be customizable beyond that though.

It is under Account Management/Account Settings "Customize Waiting Room". You have to be an account admin to make adjustments.

Correction,  apparently users can also set their own under their own personal meeting settings as long as the admins do not have it locked out.

The Waiting Room is only active if a meeting is open. I am seeking a way to let users who click on a recurring meeting when the active hours are so they aren't waiting for days.
