One of our meeting users has no internet, and very poor eyesight. Is there a way to allow them to be automatically allowed into the meeting without needing a password, while still requiring passwords from other participants?

Hi @Pinafore, welcome to the Zoom Community!
I don't believe there is an official way to do that as you would have to remove the passcode for everyone. However, you could replace the passcode with a waiting room instead. This might make it easier for the user and you can still approve users so that no unauthorized users can join the meeting. Check out this article for more instructions on how to do so: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360034675592-Changing-your-meeting-settings. Hope this helps 😊
