Hi, I have several recording in my zoom cloud. today, my subscription has ended. And i wanna watch some recording in that cloud but it seem i can access to cloud recording page. in this case, is my recording eresed or just locked? thank

To access cloud recording you must be on a paid plan. The recordings will still be available to you once you have purchased another subscription, but if you are not on a paid plan you will not be able to access the recordings. I would recommend purchasing a subscription then downloading the recordings you will like which will allow you access to them after your subscription expires.
