The top portion of the top row on my IPAD gets cut off when there is 3 or more rows in the Zoom meeting??

I have also the problem of top of top row being cut off.  This has been going on for months!  It causes me not to be able to see raised hands which is annoying. 
The attachments are from a meeting this morning using an iPad 6th gen.  But on my iPad Pro 12 4th gen. The problem is exactly the same.  If you need me to take screen shots with the iPad Pro, please let me know.
