Invitation

I use zoom all day.  I use aol for email.  AOL changed format and now suddenly the hyperlink does not come up on my invitation...although it does for others so they can click on my link....  In addition, I cannot click on someone else's link with one move to get into their meeting.  AOL has no idea why...

Sounds like AOL has done something to make the link unclickable. Not much Zoom can do to fix that specific issue, but you should still be able to copy the URL and paste in a browser.

In AOL mail with the zoom invite ready to send 

1. Select the URL 
2. Copy the URL 
3. Select the link symbol (looks like a chain link) 
4. Past the URL 
5. Click save 
6. The URL is now active and ready to send
