Invitation sends registrants to registration page over and over

I have had several meetings via zoom now where folks have already registered well in advance, they use the confirmation email they were sent by zoom after they registered, and then the day comes to join and they are sent to the registration page when they click "join meeting". The only workaround that I have found is for people to join on their phones, which doesn't work for everyone.

We use salepager.com to send reminders with the link to join to make sure everyone is using the correct link.
