I send a link, but others not able to get into meeting

I am a private tutor.  I send an invitation to the student’s email when I set it up the night before.  But many times students go to click on it and it says I am in another meeting.  I send another invitation when that happens, but they are still not able to get into the meeting sometimes.  What gives?

Are you sure you are starting the same meeting that you scheduled?

 

It may be that you are starting a new meeting, rather than starting the one you had already scheduled.

 

Make sure you start the scheduled Meeting by going to your "Meetings" tab in your Zoom client - and cross check the Meeting ID to the one you have supplied to your student.
