I am the host and partcipant at the same time?

I am unable to let anyone in from the waiting room (despite turning off waiting room and enabling participants to join anytime).  It is only a problem on one of my windows computer. 

I see something bizarre: 
Zoom is showing me as both the host and participant in the upper right hand corner (when you click "participants"). I have never seen that. 

Please advise,

I would have a few questions about this...

 

  • Were you logged into the meeting from more than one computer or mobile device?
  • If you were logged into the meeting from more than one computer, were you logged-in with the same Zoom account or a different Zoom account?
  • If you were logged into the meeting from more than one computer, are the profile names the same or different?
  • A screenshot would be helpful for the community to be able to respond.
