How to use licences

I've just purchased two licences for my account as myself and my partner both use zoom for teaching. My question is can we both teach from different computers at the same time using the two licences from the same account. If so, how do we access or find the two licences on the account?

Hello,

Yes you can. This is the way Zoom expects you to use Zoom.

One of you as account owner, should  be the Zoom administrator. In this role you will assign / apply  the full licences (paid) to each user on the account.

• Log into the Zoom.us web portal.
• In the Admin area navigate to User management
• Click on Users
• Find yourself in the user list
• Click Edit at the end of the row
• Change the User type to Licenced
• Click the Save button

Repeat the same steps for the second person.
