How to recover old recordings?

I use to have a pro account and now only have a basic account.  I am unable to access past recorded meetings because they are only available for paid accounts.  My question is, if I upgrade my account will I be able to recover past recordings? TY for your help.

Hi MButton, did you every find out how to recover your old recording.  I am in the same situation signed up for a pro account to host a family meeting just prior to one of the passing away.  I would love to figure out how to recover the recording.
