I cant open the downloaded zoom desktop application. I have a mac with the OS Ventura. Every time I try to install it it stops at the last point saying I need to contact help center. And when I try to submit a request Zoom says my email is not associated to an account, although I am logged in. Can anyone help me?

Hello @isale

First off, I would say that you should probably upgrade to Sequoia, I have been on this Mac OS for some time now and it is great. Secondly, you can try this solution and see if it works for you. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058029
