How to count participants in one meeting?

I have a Workplace Pro license which allows 100 participants in a meeting. If I start a meeting and 60 people join, then 10 minutes later 30 of those leave the meeting, how many more people can enter the meeting at that time? Would it be 70 because there are only 30 people still in the meeting? Or would it be 40 as 60 had already earlier joined the meeting?

It is 70 people.
The number of participants at the same time is 100.

Hi arrowd,

If your Workplace Pro license allows 100 participants, the limit is based on how many people are in the meeting at the same time—not the total number who have ever joined. So if 60 people join and then 30 leave, only 30 are currently in the meeting. That means up to 70 more people can still join right then.

The system doesn't track a running total of everyone who ever entered the meeting. It only checks the current number of participants. So yes, 70 more people can join at that moment because only 30 are still connected.

Regards
