How to change default setting for "Multiple Participants can share screen"

This is basic question but the Zoom Chatbot can't answer it for me

I am the admin on my paid Zoom account. When we have a Zoom session going, I want  any participant to be able to share their screen. Currently I have to enable that setting during each call, which slows things down as I shuffle about to do this.

Is there a way to enable  anyone to share their screen as the default?
