Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Herve-french! We're glad to have you here. If you want to turn off your camera when you start or join a meeting, click your profile photo > Settings > Meetings & Webinars > toggle on "Keep my camera off."

Thank you. In my interface it was something more like (I translate from my french interface) click your profile photo > Settings > Meetings > Personal room (I use a personal room) > button update, and then in the 'video' part, I can turn off toggles for host and participant camera.
But your input was essential for me to find this way, thanks
