Hello! I have a recurring Zoom meeting set and have designated some people on my team to be alternate hosts since we rotate responsibility over the meeting. In the meeting settings, I have designated all of them to be alternate hosts. However, today, two people from my team joined and were not given hosting abilities, even though they are designated alternate hosts in the meeting settings.
Why aren't they assigned as hosts? Is there something I am doing wrong?

All alternate hosts must be Licensed (assigned a paid license) and on the same account. If you have 7 alternate hosts you will need 7 licenses.

In addition to what Storyhub posted, they must sign in with the same Zoom account (email) that you used when assigning them.
some users have more than one Zoom account.
